All articles in the journal are peer reviewed.
Authors can suggest two reviewers familiar with the research focus of the article.
Final decision on any paper is made by the Editor in Chief.
The editorial board does not charge authors for the preparation, placement and printing of materials.
There are no accelerated timing of issue date.
The papers already submitted in other editions are not considered. If the fact of such submission is revealed the paper will be withdrawn by the editorial stuff.
